Stunningly beautiful hotel in Mesa with superfriendly staff from the check-in to check-out. Large bedroom. Stunningly beautiful views of the sunrise and clean facilities. Favourable location, a short walk to everywhere. Found in a very convenient area near the valley as well as many other restaurants, including a red lobster that shares the parking lot.

Pool was nice. Beds are comfortable.
We ordered a PBJ sandwich from room service and it took over an hour. Our 17 year old son went to the gift shop to purchase some water and they would not help him because it was exactly 10:00pm and they were closed.

the Apache trail starting in Mesa is a must do, almost unknown but incredibly beautiful. Swimming pool is excellent, if you have a suite you get complementary drinks and delicious food
the hotel was not informed that we we're with three persons although I booked for three persons. They gave us immediately another suite, but this second room was smoking allowed so it did smell hard to sigarettes.

Family Friendly-ish but Don't Expect Perfection
The staff was really good. I mean, really, like. Brian at the front desk, he was great. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for the kids to splash around. Our room had two comfy queen-size beds, a relief after a long day.
It wasn't exactly cheap though, but still acceptable.

The rooms were super spacious, perfect for lounging! I loved the fun atmosphere in the big indoor atrium, it was a great hangout spot. Plus, the pool and jacuzzi were just what I needed to unwind!
